Betty painted over 800 small and large canvasses, capturing images of houses, cityscapes, landscapes, rail yards and dockside scenes from 1954-2000. She parked her car in unusual places to capture a painting: an unfinished freeway ramp, a construction site, underneath a bridge...anywhere she saw something of interest to paint.
